  Co-founded a real-estate intelligence startup and led engineering from day one. Instead of asking prices, we priced homes from what they actually sold for, using property registration records, so buyers and investors could see a property's true market value. I built and led the tech team behind the data pipeline and pricing engine. Acquired by a proptech unicorn.
